Through this international academic collaboration, eligible DPS Kurukshetra students in Grades 9–12 can explore the opportunity to study toward the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) while continuing their regular Indian school education.

ONE STUDENT. TWO EDUCATIONAL PATHWAYS.
Students do not need to leave DPS Kurukshetra to begin the Canadian pathway.
They can continue their regular schooling, examinations, school activities, friendships and daily life at DPS Kurukshetra.
At the same time, eligible students may enrol with Victoria Academy, Ontario, Canada and complete Ontario high school courses online.
This creates the opportunity to work toward:

subject to completion of the applicable requirements of each educational system.
The Canadian pathway is designed to complement the student's existing school education — not replace it.

The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) is Ontario's high school graduation credential.

Typical study time may be approximately:
1 TO 1.5 HOURS PER DAY*
Students can access online learning resources flexibly and receive academic support during their studies.
Individual study time may vary depending on the course, student's pace, grade and approved academic plan.
ONE SUBJECT AT A TIME
Instead of taking many additional Canadian courses simultaneously, students can generally focus on one Ontario subject before progressing to the next.
This approach can help students:

A personalized credit plan can be developed according to the student's grade, previous studies, academic background and future university goals.
CLASS 10 & CLASS 12 BOARD EXAMS STILL COME FIRST
Indian board examinations are important.
The Canadian pathway is designed to work around them.
Students may be able to take a planned pause during their Class 10 or Class 12 board examination period and resume their Canadian studies afterward according to their approved academic plan.
This allows students to concentrate properly on their local board examinations when required.
YOUR PREVIOUS SCHOOL STUDIES MAY BE REVIEWED
Students entering the Canadian pathway in later grades may already have completed significant high school education in India.
Their previous school records and marksheets may therefore be reviewed for possible Ontario credit recognition.
This can help eligible students avoid unnecessarily repeating equivalent learning they have already completed.

Ontario-style assessment places significant importance on the student's performance throughout the course.

The remaining portion is based on the final evaluation component.
This means that one examination does not normally determine the student's entire course grade.

Some selected scholarship opportunities may reach values of:

CAN IELTS OR ANOTHER ENGLISH TEST SOMETIMES BE WAIVED?

Some universities may waive an additional English-language proficiency test for eligible OSSD graduates if the student meets that university's specific English-language requirements.
